Heart Failure Management for Nurse Practitioners

Heart failure is a devastating disease that causes debilitating symptoms and excess mortality. It affects more than 9.5 million people in this country, with over 680,000 new cases diagnosed each year. Despite best efforts, more than one-third of patients with heart failure are re-hospitalized within weeks of hospital discharge. Join faculty for updates and clinically relevant information for optimum care for heart failure patients. This course is appropriate for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and primary care providers interested in an update on heart failure.
